Comfortable and absolutely fantastic hotel, the services were excellent, marvellous location next to the train station. The breakfast had variety of nice food and drinks. Got a nice size room with oven, washing machine/dryer, kitchen - always come in handy. All the staff was very helpful, solved my issues. Location: the venue was next to the mall was connected to as well as subway. One of the dining options, School Food was 15 mins walk away;))

I had an amazing time staying at the Grand Mercure. The fully equipped kitchenette made it easy for me to prepare meals, and the shower booth with a view was a luxurious touch. The indoor pool was also a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The heated indoor pool was nice, especially during the cold weather. The room was spacious with complete kitchen facilities, perfect for a longer stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food every day. Staff members were professional and friendly.

The location wasn't ideal as the neighborhood was industrial and dull. It was also far from the tourist attractions.

Amazing Thanksgiving stay! the parking was free and the room was well-equipped, including a washing machine and cooking facilities, which saved us money. the location was perfect, with a subway station nearby and a mall just a short walk away. the staff was also friendly and accommodating. We loved the complementary fruit baskets and the cozy ambiance of the hotel.

The view from our high floor room wasn't great, but that didn't really matter since we spent most of our time exploring the city. the breakfast room was a bit cramped and busy on the weekend, but the staff tried their best to keep up.

The room had amazing advantages, including a big and modern bathroom with high-quality amenities, a well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, and a lovely city view. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa & wellness center provided an amazing relaxation experience. The rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue I found here was the limited dining options outside of the hotel, especially at night. It was a bit out of the way and difficult to find food options.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Yongsan metro station, so we were easily able to go everywhere in the city by subway or taxi. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained this hotel was.
